DEATH BY CHEESE is a pop-up gourmet grilled cheese restaurant created by the team at PS UNDERGROUND. It is the first of many concepts that PS UNDERGROUND is developing for eventual brick-and-mortar locations. The name and concept for DEATH BY CHEESE comes from a favorite holiday at PS UNDERGROUND, Halloween. (our annual event is called "BITE".) DEATH BY CHEESE isn't your typical pop-up restaurant. We have reimagined it. From the way our food is prepared and served, to our new radio station with content created just for DEATH BY CHEESE customers to listen to as you wait for your order to be delivered, to our ever-changing menu offerings, it's all a bit theatrical (like all of our events). From the moment your order is placed, our staff of goblins and ghouls spring into action. Each order is meticulously created for you using the utmost standards of taste, health and safety protocols. The masks we wear as we deliver to your car serve TWO purposes - Your safety AND your palate pleasure.
